The bird is for those who want to support baby's natural development, including the right sleeping position. Baby will benefit from the bird from birth to facilitate head lifting when lying on their tummy. Becoming comfortable lying on their tummy is an important step in the motor journey. When baby can crawl, the bird is a stimulating challenge to get on and over. When baby can walk, the beak is a motivating ramp to try to go up and down, and the little one's development has become a game.
The bird is designed in Denmark by Peter Utke and developed in collaboration with physiotherapist Lene Raadkjær Jørgensen, who is behind BabyTummel.
